Ideas

Here are some sketches for ideas for my Art Academy project.  Any guesses on the project title?  I do apologise for the poor images, as usual.  I do actually have a very nice camera now and I will make more of an effort to get them the right way round at least.  No excuse really.  I am very unimpressed with myself but I will post anyway.

What about ‘Brainwashing’. The last pic looks like a thorny Jesus and the religion the priests made of his original teaching made automatons out of billions – looks like the first pic – and it gets in every way, the eyes, the heart, organs, imagination, fear – and not being able to rotate a picture, as if it really matters. :)

What’s that cry as they wave the sword charging into battle on horseback? ‘God Wills It!’ Ha, ha!

The easiest picture organiser and editor is Picasa, free from Google – if you can still believe anything is free.

PS Isabella, you will find the greatest inspiration in nature, the god made – whatever god is. If you sit and watch long enough, quiet inside, without looking for anything in particular.

True inspiration is stimulated by the world of sense but rises from the deep psyche, it can’t be forced.

Thanks for your comments Mark. I have pic editors etc, I was just being lazy at the time I think. Oops. Bad.

As for inspiration coming from nature, I couldn’t agree more. If I could move out of the city tomorrow I would! There is still inspiration around in London so I try to make the most of it. Cliche it might be, but there really is beauty all around.
